October 30, 2024
Meeting called to order at 7:06 by Suzanne Doerr, President.
Signs were posted announcing meeting.
Board members attendance: Suzanne Doerr (President), Lisa Cousineau (Treasurer), Nancy Vargo (Community Liaison), Ellen Svehla (Secretary) Management Staff:, Amie Rush. Not present: Jim Berry, Kim Deavers, Evie Brown (Vice President)
Statements by Board
- Financials reserves are $483,688.06
- Board members will remain same for 2025.
- Budget
- Reserve audit is quoted and will be scheduled after signed and is planned for January.
- Financial audit is quoted and will be scheduled after reserve audit.
- We are getting quotes on path repair for 2025.
- We are looking at options for gazebo replacement.
- The budget will be finalized at the January meeting.
- Welcome Committee Update. No new homeowners
- Holiday decorations for the gazebo will be done. Anyone that would like to help decorate it, please meet at the gazebo on Sat 11/16 at 10 am
- 2 door choices have been approved for anyone wishing to replace their door with one with windows in it. The 2 approved styles are below.
- Landscaping: If homeowners would like to prevent any of their plantings from being cut by the landscaping crew, please contact the office for some flag to be put on the plant to signify not to touch. We will have a discussion with the landscape manager at start of spring to ensure that the landscape crew is aware.
- The association will be continuing its regular monthly walk audits.
- A reminder that if any homeowner has any concerns about violations of our codes, please contact the association via phone or email so they can address it with our violation process.
- A Fall/Winter newsletter will be sent out with a reminder on some key Rules and Regulations that we have received concerns about.
- All homeowners are asked to please ensure they are familiar with our Association Rules and Regulations.
Homeowners Forum
- Landscaping concern about grass aeration will be asked of landscaping.
2. Concern about violations of our rules.
We will do a review or rules and will be doing an audit of all unit. Of special concern are Doors, Screens, and Flower height Outdoor decorations, Siding leaning & mounting. Will need enforcement clarification
